US 25/70, Walnut, NC

Take I-40 West.

Take Exit 53 (I-240 West) just east of Asheville.

Take Exit 4A (US 19/23 North)..

After nine miles, exit on US 25/70 towards Marshall.

Nantahala Outdoor Center is 5 miles on the left.

USFS Silvermine Campground is 15 miles further down.

Take a right just before the bridge that crosses the French Broad River into Hot Springs.

The road will cross under the bridge and lead to the USFS Silvermine Campground.
